 Numerous scholarship opportunities are available through the college or university or other schools of higher education that you choose. Following are some of the schools that have contacted the Guidance Office with information on their scholarships.

Mt. Aloysius College

Mercy Presidential Scholarship

Minimum 1050 SAT or 23 ACT score and a 3.3 QPA.  Must be enrolled in a 4 year bachelors degree program and must live on campus.  Twenty scholarships are available in the amount of $8000. Renewable for up to 4 years.
Mount Union College has various scholarship opportunities available to students enrolling as freshmen. Awards include the Presidential Scholarship Competition, Trustee Scholarships, Minority Achievement Award, Academic Merit Awards, and the Mount Union College Challenge Award.

Presidential Scholarship Competition

Renewable full-time tuition awards offered to members of the 2006 entering freshman class.  

Competition dates are February 25th and March 18th. 

 Trustees Scholarships

Offered to those who are not chosen for Presidential Scholarship Award.  Renewable $10,000 awards.

Information on West Virginia Wesleyan College scholarships is available by visiting the college’s website at www.wvwc.edu.   Applications can also be obtained by visiting the website.  All scholarship programs are guaranteed for up to four years of undergraduate study.  A listing of scholarship opportunities is also available in the guidance office.
