Colonial Occupations

 
 

Students will reach a colonial occupation such as; blacksmith, cooper, etc, following the rubric below. Scroll down to find links that will help you to begin your research.

2-3 Notecards following the correct format. Notecards must contain:

  • Name of occupation
  • Description of occupation
  • Tools used in that occupation including how those tools were used.
  • 2-3 interesting facts about the occupation

 

20 pts

1 Bibliography that follows MLA format.

  • Use two different sources from the following:
    • Book, Encyclopedia, Reference Book, Power Library Database, Website, Magazine, etc.
20 pts.
  Below is a list of websites that might provide helpful information about your topic.
