Our region's employers are navigating real workforce challenges, from an aging workforce to skilled labor shortages, amid a rapidly changing economy shaped by new investments such as the Homer City Energy Campus. AICPP was formed to help local businesses, schools, and training providers work together to build a stronger talent pipeline for Armstrong and Indiana Counties.
To ensure our regional strategy reflects what employers are actually experiencing, we're inviting business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers to complete a Labor Market Analysis Survey covering hiring challenges, skills gaps, wage trends, and interest in partnerships such as apprenticeships or work-based learning. The survey has seven sections and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential and reported only in summary form, and will directly shape regional workforce programs and funding priorities.
